Gooseberry Bush Gifts Delivery
Royal Mail are taking longer to deliver than their stated times due to the volume of Christmas post. All oders that met our deadline of 12/12 last order for Christmas, have been posted last week. Any order after this date, as stated on the site, are not guaranteed for Pre xmas delivery.
Our site will remaim open over Christmas and New Year for you to place orders, but our office is closed from 23/12/2011 to 27/12/2011 inclusive and again from 31/12/2011 to 2/01/2012.
All of our gifts are sent by Royal Mail 1st class. Any orders over £35 will be sent out free of charge to any mainland UK postal address including Northern Ireland. Our postage costs are listed below:

All orders are sent with a proof of postage, the Royal Mail request 15 days are given before mail is considered to be lost, at this point your order will be resent. If you have not recieved your parcel 15 days after your dispatch notice please contact us via email to notify us there may be an issue. After the 15 days goods will be replaced or refunded, if the items are sent back to us as undeliverable mail we may charge you an administration fee.
Postage costs are not refundable on any elligible returns that are not faulty.
